Later he and Neil showed great flexibility in working around our builder's schedule, in an allocated slot. They arrived mid- afternoon, and announced they would stay until the job was finished- 10.00pm!, and what a transformation!
The design and finish are quite beautiful, and in one of the bathrooms the design is outstanding. Several friends were left standing in awe!! Our Karndean floor is a little more expensive than some, but it is worth every penny. Both Paul and Neil certainly know how to lay a floor, and the attention paid to small details is exceptional in the trade these days.

It was 2 weeks before the birth of our first child that we contacted Paul. It was our initial thought that we had a break in the grout of our existing tiles and therefore a fairly routine repair job. I contacted Paul who actually arrived 2 hours later to inspect the job. Within a matter of minutes Paul had identified a much greater problem, one that could have developed into a major structural issue.
